**This blog is Deprecated and is no longer updated** Not just a weight loss blog!! The Times and Trials (and ramblings) of a fat, divorced Daddy of two, trying to keep it together, lose weight and make a living. P.S. This is an outpouring of my thoughts, so grammar and punctuation take a back seat to that. You have been warned!!!

Just remember to go pee whenever you get the urge.. that much water is going to have you fairly stretched down there!..was it just water or something basically replacing electrolytes & sugar free?
ReplyDeleteWater is simple & works fast however I know nothing about the heat you live in, so might be best to have an electrolyte drink in the evening to account for the days losses as well, not in place of water though.
Nope, Just pure H20. I was thinking about trying the Mio Stuff here is the site. http://www.drinkwhat.com/mio-liquid-water-enhancer/
ReplyDeleteIm going today to get a new water bottle per your suggestion.
If you haven't already got one, i'd recommend the sigg, being metal it does take a little getting used to, but so does plastic, also it ages nicely, dents & scrapes become part of it's character & familiarity. I wander around witha finger hooked through mine, (a litre bottle)
ReplyDeleteSigg chills down very well as it's extruded aluminium witha recently revised organic lining.
Simply swill it every time to refresh it, & juices do get funky, so swill double well & sniff it after..
otherwise I very rarely simply use a cold water strerilising tablet to freshen them up.
The neoprene jackets are nice for them (however hides any design it may have & gives you a few more hours of cool liquid.
also really cushion it from kids mischeif!
As a night drink the aluminium works better to me than a glass of drink, seems cooler upon waking & therefore more quenching... or maybe thats just me.
Nalgene is cheap, however i've had a lifelong aversion to drinking water out of plastic, (surely in my head)...bt thats differnt folk & tastebuds I guess.
either way get a good one not generic cheapy, as that way you know you are not going to have leachates from your container!
my oldest bottle is 10yrs now, thats many many thousands of litres... I now tend to have one for drinking whilst driving (though mines a screw top, preferred for faster delivery) & another for walking around, you soon get in the swing of things...
& remember on Zombiepumpkins there is now an uploadable design feature if you buy a sigg direct as I recalll.
Truly BFL merchandising...or simply personalised!
How's it all feeling today anyhow?
I always drink at least a gallon of water a day, but that's because I'm ocd and convinced that I'll die of dehydration if I don't.
