ReplyDeleteRJ, stop using that chair!
ReplyDeleteI used to have really terrible back problems from 14 (scrum machine playing rugby as a prop forward)
Alot of back problems can be 90% gone (ok odd tweaking aside)from a decent chair, our sofas simply curved the spine, you slump into it & settle.
These days I simply choose my chairs for back support (ero-s starck office chair) straight back chairs at home, puffed up sofa's DON'T support, they exassipate any existing problem, result I very rarely use a back crackers service these days, & I try to stretch now & then.
You metioned a break out hives / itchiness after excercise, simply use a decent antibacterial bodywash & DRY properly after showering regardles, it's more than likely simply bacteria from sweating, an exfoliating wash may help also.
always, always, change into fresh clothes afterwards.
Damp pits / back. & clefts are bug zones & so prone to rash, chafe & blistering.
save yourself an expensive trip to the doctor!
