    That plate of tastey fattening crap is probably a weeks worth of gym work just to get back to where you were before you stepped in the door of the place.

    Eat healthily & have a small treat, the amount of grease & crap on that plate really set you off, I hope you have seen the guy who ate nothing but Macdonalds lately?
    mcDonalds deemed a "heavy user" someone who eats their junk several times PER month, each time you eat out it's fast turn-around, quickly prepared junk.
    you've got to think these things through before you chew!
    Where is your water bottle by the way?, should hang onto that as tightly as your camera.
